IntNovAction Global Systems SRL, hereinafter "IntNovAction", offers content and services that can be accessed through https://www.intnovaction.com/, hereinafter "IntNovAction Website", and are subject to these regulations. The content and services of "IntNovAction" shall be subject to the following conditions of use, which may be regularly updated without prior notice by "IntNovAction" with the purpose of modifying, altering or removing them at any time without prior notice. Use of the "IntNovAction Website" assumes that the user perfectly understands and expressly accepts these conditions.
Promotions and Newsletters
In compliance with all legal requirements, "IntNovAction" can send promotions and newsletters via email to users registered on the "IntNovAction Website" regarding its content, services and job offers. These communications may contain content from "IntNovAction", as well as other websites and/or companies. Thus, the user agrees to provide specific information that is up-to-date, complete and true, as requested, and to maintain and update said information so that it remains complete and true.
In order to be able to use these services, the user of the "IntNovAction Website" shall grant, if appropriate, to "IntNovAction", upon completion of the registration form in any of the "IntNovAction Website" areas, the right to provide third-party companies specific registration information about them and their condition as user of the channel. Nevertheless, the user's name, address, email, bank account number and telephone, if applicable, are expressly excluded from the information provided to these third-party companies in order to comply with the disassociation procedure that states that the information obtained cannot be associated with an identified or identifiable person. To send any type of promotion or newsletter, "IntNovAction" shall require the express acceptance of the "IntNovAction Website" user. Data protection
Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Personal Data Protection, "IntNovAction" informs the user of the existence of an automated personal data file created to maintain and manage the relationship with the user. "IntNovAction" informs the user of the possibility of exercising their right to access, modify, oppose or cancel the personal data collected by "IntNovAction" via a written and signed request sent to the following address: IntNovAction Global Systems S.R.L., Plaza Mostenses 13, Office 56, 28015, Madrid, Spain. Said request should contain the following information: the user's first and last name, address for notification purposes, photocopy of National ID Card or Passport, and details of the request. Responsibility for the Access and Use of the Content and Services of "IntNovAction" and the "IntNovAction Website"
The user undertakes not to use the content and services of "IntNovAction" that are or are not offered through the "IntNovAction Website" to carry out or suggest any activities prohibited by law. The user shall refrain from acting in any way through the "IntNovAction Website" that threatens the intellectual or industrial property rights of "IntNovAction" or any company or group of companies into which "IntNovAction" shall be integrated in the future, or of its suppliers, or of third parties, or that violates the honor, personal or family privacy or the image thereof, holding "IntNovAction" harmless against in-court or out-of-court claims that are filed against it as a result of said conduct. The user shall refrain from producing, by any means, any destruction, alterations or damage to the "IntNovAction" data, programs or electronic documents, or that of its suppliers or third parties, and will not introduce or spread throughout the Internet any programs, viruses or any physical or electronic instruments that may cause or be susceptible to causing any type of interference in the network, the system, or "IntNovAction" equipment or that of third parties. It is expressly forbidden to carry out any activity or practice that violates the principles of good conduct generally accepted among Internet users.
The user expressly agrees to release "IntNovAction" from any liability related to the quality, accuracy, reliability, correctness, or moral nature of the data, programs, information or opinions, no matter their origin, included on the "IntNovAction Website". "IntNovAction" shall not be held responsible for the infractions of the user that could affect the rights of third parties, including any intellectual or industrial property rights. The user of the "IntNovAction Website" assumes responsibility for the consequences that could derive from the access and use of the contents and services of "IntNovAction" or third parties through their webpages, as well as from their reproduction and dissemination. "IntNovAction" shall not be responsible for the infractions of any user that affects the rights of another user or of third parties in general, including copyright, trademarks, patents, confidential information and any other intellectual or industrial property right.
The user of the "IntNovAction Website" expressly exempts "IntNovAction" from being liable for any damages of any nature that may arise from the presence of a virus or other defects and, in general, elements (not limited to program configuration errors, spyware, backdoors, etc.) for any of the contents or services accessible from the "IntNovAction Website" that can alter the computer system, electronic documents or files of the user or third parties. Likewise, the user shall release "IntNovAction" and any company that forms part of the group, or int which this group integrates, from any liability in the case that the content and services of the "IntNovAction Website" or those incorporated into it by third parties may prove to be unsuitable for any of the user's purposes, or does not meet their expectations.
Ownership of Intellectual and Industrial Property
The user of the service expressly recognizes the exclusive ownership of "IntNovAction" or its suppliers to any intellectual and industrial property rights pertaining to the webpages that support the "IntNovAction Website", particularly as regards to the software that maintains it, including the file format with which the appearance or design, images, color combination, graphic logos and/or drawings thereof are developed. Said obligation of recognition shall remain even in the case of having discontinued the service. Ownership of intellectual and industrial property regarding programs, manuals, documents, drivers, demos, games and, in general, tools and software accessible from the "IntNovAction Website", which can be downloaded, corresponds to "IntNovAction" or its respective authors, or, if applicable, to the assignees of the copyright and intellectual and industrial property rights to said tools and software. Any use by third parties of said intellectual and/or industrial property elements should receive prior express consent by "IntNovAction", which shall determine the form and proper use thereof by means of the present agreement.
Privacy Policy
Pursuant to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Personal Data Protection, "IntNovAction" informs the user of the existence of an automated personal data file created by and for "IntNovAction" and for which it is responsible, in order to maintain and manage the relationship with the user, as well as for the information, training and marketing of the services and activities related to these purposes. In no case will data be used for any other purposes or transferred to third parties, except to adequately provide the services requested by the user.
"IntNovAction" is against spam, such that in no case will it use personal data to send unsolicited promotional or commercial communications without the user's authorization. "IntNovAction" shall request the express consent of the user to send them promotional and commercial communications before and after the registration process, provided that the user does not communicate the contrary at a later time.
Upon acceptance of the present General Terms, "IntNovAction" will need to collect some necessary data from the user in order to provide its services. Upon acceptance of the present agreement and registration in the system, the user shall be informed of the necessary or optional nature of the collection of said data for the provision of the "IntNovAction" services. Likewise, upon acceptance of the present agreement, "IntNovAction" may ask the user to provide additional information on a voluntary basis which shall be used for informing, training and marketing the services offered by "IntNovAction" and the activities related to these purposes. Upon acceptance of the present agreement, the user shall be informed of the optional nature of the collection of said data for the provision of the "IntNovAction" services. Nevertheless, the non-provision of this information could prevent "IntNovAction" from providing all other services associated with said information. "IntNovAction" shall request the express consent of the user to send their promotional and commercial communications before and after the purchasing process, provided that the user does not communicate the contrary through the mechanism created for registrations, modifications and cancellations.
The user gives their consent allowing "IntNovAction" to use their Internet browsing data to send them, from the web browser and/or piece of software, advertisements from third parties in accordance with the web sites visited. Nevertheless, it should be noted that this data is obtained anonymously and exclusively for statistical purposes. The advertisers will in no way have direct access to the personal data of the User without the express agreement in each instance from the User. The advertisers are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy or lawfulness of its advertising, "IntNovAction" simply being a distributor thereof. Likewise, "IntNovAction" maintains the domain name and/or IP address that give the user access to the network, for the purpose of statistically measuring the use of and access to the "IntNovAction Website" and, if applicable, provide browsing information to authorities who may need it. The "IntNovAction Website" uses cookies which obtain data related to the user's activities. Cookies themselves do not provide the user's personal data, but rather make it possible to recognize the web browser of the user's computer in order to facilitate browsing. The user can receive information about the use of cookies, personalize the cookies, as well as stop cookies from being generated by selecting the corresponding option in their computer's navigator. Nevertheless, the user is informed that deactivation of the cookies could impede the good functioning of the features of the "IntNovAction Website". "IntNovAction" can also use cookies to carry out actions related to measuring audience and traffic data by itself or via a third party contracted for this purpose.
